edeptive:DAM™ Pricing
edeptive:DAM™ pricing is designed to provide the greatest possible choice to our customers in the level of product purchased and the balance between capital and recurring costs. This approach enables us to offer good value to organisations ranging from small private companies to large multinationals.
Licensing
We offer the choice of purchasing edeptive:DAM™ in three different ways:-
- A Full License to use edeptive:DAM™ in perpetuity. This involves a one-off license fee and then an annual Software Maintenence and Support Fee
- A Subscription License which involves a much lower initial investment and then a monthly or quarterly fee which covers the use of the software, maintenance and support.
- Software-as-a-Service. This allows you to quickly deploy and use the edeptive:DAM™ on our shared application servers paying just for your use of the system on a month-by-month basis.
Maintenance and Support Fees
Maintenance and Support Fees for Fully Licensed installations are charged at 20% of the license fee per annum. Discounts apply for multi-year commitment. Maintenance and Support Fees are included in the monthly Subscription License Fee.
