edeptive:CMS™ may be licensed either as a Full License or on a Subscription License basis. In either case the system, depending upon your requirements and existing infrastructure, may be run on your own server or on our shared application server.

All Licenses are for a single server or server cluster accessed using a single IP address 

The following edeptive:CMS™ version and module options are available:

edeptive:CMS™lite is a configuration for small organisations needing the ability to edit their web pages and add news to their site.

  • Easy editing of all web pages
  • Any number of web pages
  • Unlimited News pages
  • Up to two online forms
  • 1 named content editor/site administrator
  • Single web site

This version is only available from authorised Edeptive Partners and on a Subscription License basis running on Edeptive's shared application servers.

edeptive:CMS™standard is a configuration for organisations who need to be able to manage and update their own non-transactional Internet web sites. This configuration provides:-

  • Full Content Management of content and site structure
  • Any 3 Application Modules (excluding Personalisation and e-commerce)
  • Up to 3 named content editors/site administrators
  • Up to 3 online forms
  • A single web site

This version is only available from authorised Edeptive Partners and on a Subscription License basis running on Edeptive's shared application servers.

edeptive:CMS™business is the product for organisations wishing to deploy more sophisticated Internet, Extranet and Intranet web sites. This configuration provides:-

  • Content Management
  • Any Application Modules (excluding e-commerce)
  • Up to 12 named Content Editors/Site Administrators (additional users may be licensed)
  • A single web site (additional sites may be licensed)
  • Single server or server cluster accessed using a single IP address

edeptive:CMS™enterprise is for larger organisation with high numbers of users and extensive functional requirements. This configuration provides:-

  • Content Management
  • All available Application Modules (excluding e-commerce)
  • Unlimited Content Editors/Site Administrators
  • Unlimited number of web sites/URLs
  • Additional installation if required for Intranet on own network

edeptive:COM™e-commerce system is an optional application which provides sophisticated shopping basket functionality and online payment through a Payment Service Provider such as WorldPay, Barclays PDQ, HSBC or PayOffshore. Both consumer and business-to-business functionality is supported.

This module is only available with edeptive:CMS™ business or enterprise.

Each web site e-commerce catalogue requires a separate
edeptive:COM™ license.
