The directory Module provides sophisticated directory functionality allowing contact details for individuals to be accessed either through a search function or by a drill down through an organisational, geographical or functional structure.

directory was originally designed to support the needs of organisations wishing to implement an internal directory of employees on their Intranet.  However, several of our customers are using directory to provide directory functionality on their Internet and Extranet web site. For example, an organisation with a large network of agents or distributors could use directory to enable site visitors to identify their local agent.
